Abstract :

The present paper, we are considering a human body is quite often
subjected to the acceleration with porous effects. The present
study is related to mathematical model of study of blood flow in
effect of porous subjected to externally impose periodic body
acceleration. By using the finite Hankel transforms, an exact
solution of steady flow of blood as an incompressible, couple
stress fluid has been investigated. The variations of these flow
quantities with different parameters involved in the fluid flow
have been studied. The effect of body acceleration on blood flow
in the presence of porous effects is investigated. The effects of
porous, body acceleration and permeability parameter have been
discussed with the help of graphs. It is found that the velocity
distribution increases with an increase of both body acceleration
and permeability of the porous effects.
